Paros Luxury Villas
Private Residences – Paros, Cyclades
Set amidst the raw landscape of Paros, this project explores the dialogue between contemporary minimalism and Cycladic tradition. The composition unfolds as a cluster of three villas embedded into the natural terrain, creating a discreet architectural presence that harmonizes with the island’s dry vegetation and stone textures.
Each villa, constructed primarily in stone, combines clean geometries with expansive openings that frame the horizon and merge interior and exterior spaces into a continuous experience. Positioned along the slope, the residences open to private terraces and infinity pools, ensuring uninterrupted sea views while maintaining privacy and autonomy for each dwelling.
Complementing the modern volumes, the restored stone structures nearby celebrate the craftsmanship and materiality of local architecture — dry-stacked stone walls, natural paving, and shaded courtyards that evoke a timeless Cycladic atmosphere. The landscape design emphasizes native planting and the integration of pathways and seating areas built with traditional masonry techniques.
Paros Villas embody a balance between permanence and lightness — a refined retreat that merges contemporary living with the natural and cultural essence of the island.
