Neoclassical Heritage Building, Exarcheia
A historical Athenian building in the heart of Exarcheia was reimagined into four refined city apartments that balance preserved character with contemporary living. The design captures the building’s architectural heritage through light-filled rooms, neutral palettes, and geometric floor patterns, while discreet interventions introduce a sense of modern finesse.
Each apartment unfolds as a composition of contrasts minimal yet warm, urban yet serene. Living and dining areas are designed as the social core of the home, where everyday life and hospitality meet. The kitchens extend this openness, blending function and atmosphere into a single continuous space.
Bedrooms are conceived as intimate retreats, defined by tailored details, bespoke lighting, and the soft tactility of natural materials. Bathrooms follow the same narrative calm, pure, and sensory. Together, these elements render the century-old structure into a collection of poetic urban homes, harmonizing timelessness and renewal.
