Industrial Workspace Reconversion
From Industry to Creative Hub
Completed in 2025, this project transforms a three-storey, 1,200 sq.m. industrial building in Moschato into a modern workspace that redefines industrial architecture for contemporary use. The reconversion balances raw character with modern design, offering flexible spaces for work, collaboration, and creativity.
The façade integrates clean geometries with corten steel elements and extensive glazing, creating a dynamic architectural identity that reflects both the industrial past and a forward-looking vision. A rooftop terrace and garden bring greenery into the workplace, offering spaces for social interaction, relaxation, and events.
Inside, open-plan layouts allow adaptability for diverse uses, from offices to creative studios. Natural light, sustainability principles, and community-focused design are at the heart of the project, making this reconversion a landmark of urban renewal in Moschato.
