Nestled on the southern slope of Marathi in Paros, this development of three private villas reinterprets Cycladic living through a contemporary architectural lens. Each residence is thoughtfully integrated into the terraced landscape, ensuring natural continuity between built form and terrain while offering unobstructed views toward the Aegean horizon.
The design emphasizes natural materials and subtle geometry — stone, plaster, and wood — to establish a timeless connection with the island’s architectural heritage. The villas unfold across independent volumes with open living areas, shaded verandas, and private infinity pools that dissolve the boundary between interior and exterior space.
Native vegetation, dry-stone walls, and traditional masonry techniques shape the outdoor experience, blending the project seamlessly into its surroundings. The result is a composition of elegance and calm — a modern retreat defined by light, craftsmanship, and landscape integration.
